Pause.
Set the next thing down for a moment. Let your eyes settle on your vial.

01 / A MOMENT BACK TO YOU
There is no perfect way to do this.
Just a moment you make your own.
Set the next thing down for a moment. Let your eyes settle on your vial.
Keep the cork secure. Notice the glass in your hand and the colors inside.
Gently tilt the vial. Hear the soft jingle as the stones move.
Take a comfortable breath. Choose one small thing to bring into your next moment.
A QUIET MOMENT, AT YOUR PACE
You can begin again, right here.
02 / GIVE YOUR PAUSE A PURPOSE
An intention is a quality you want to bring into your day. A word, a feeling, or a small choice can be enough.
“Today, I make room
for a little more calm.”A SIMPLE PLACE TO BEGIN
Ask yourself, “How am I arriving today?” You might feel scattered, hopeful, tired, or ready for something new. Let that feeling help you choose a word.
Try calm, courage, clarity, connection, or joy. Give it a small action: “I will pause before I respond,” or “I will take the next step with courage.”
Hold your vial and remember your words. Your intention can change with you. If this was a gift, you are free to choose a meaning of your own.
A FEW WORDS TO TRY
Optional. These words stay in this open page unless you print them. You can leave the line blank and simply enjoy the pause.

If you wrote an intention above, it will appear on your printed sheet. Your private words are not included in shared links.
These meanings are traditional associations and personal reflections. Let your own experience give them meaning.
04 / MAKE IT PART OF YOUR DAY
You do not need to wait for a special occasion.
Start with a moment you already have.
Let your vial mark the space between one task and the next. Look up, pause, and begin with a little more intention.
“What matters in this next moment?”
Before a conversation, a creative session, or a new day, hold your vial and name the quality you want to bring.
“Today, I want to carry…”
Carry it in a protective pouch in your bag. When you stop somewhere quiet, take it out for a brief pause.
“I can return to myself here, too.”
Write the three stone names on the card. Add a wish, or leave room for the person receiving it to choose their own intention.
“A little reminder that I’m thinking of you.”
05 / A LITTLE SPACE TO BEGIN AGAIN
After a full day or an emotional moment, you may enjoy a ritual that marks a fresh start. Choose the one that feels meaningful to you.
In crystal traditions, “clearing” means symbolically releasing unwanted energy and welcoming a new intention. These optional practices are matters of personal belief. Physical cleaning is simply wiping the outside of your closed vial with a soft, dry cloth.
Set your closed vial beside a selenite piece or on a stable selenite charging plate. Take a moment to name what you are ready to release, then the feeling you want to welcome.
Keep the vial and selenite dry. Choose a steady surface where the glass cannot roll or fall.
Place your closed vial on a secure indoor windowsill for an evening moonlight ritual. You might use the full moon as a reminder to reflect, or choose any evening that feels right.
Keep it away from condensation, rain, and open window edges. Bring it out of the window before direct morning sun reaches it.
Some clearing traditions use a bed of uncooked rice as a symbol of absorbing negativity. To adapt the ritual, rest your closed vial on a small clean dish over dry rice, keeping the cork and glass free of grains and dust.
Imagine setting down what feels heavy, then choose a fresh intention. Keep rice out of the vial and discard rice used for the ritual instead of cooking it.
If sunshine feels uplifting to you, sit near a bright window and hold your vial while you take a comfortable breath. Keep the vial in indirect light, away from the hot sun.
Do not leave a mixed-stone vial on a sunny windowsill. Prolonged strong light and heat can fade some stones, including amethyst. Gemstone care guidance ↗
“I set down what I am ready to release.
I make room for what I want to carry.”
SOMETHING SMALL. SOMETHING YOURS.
One breath. One intention. One moment at a time.
Return to the ritual06 / KEEP IT CLOSE. CARE FOR IT.
Your vial is filled about two-thirds full. The space lets the stones move and make their gentle jingle.
Keep the cork secure and the vial dry. Wipe the outside gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking the vial or its stones, direct sunlight, and heat. Glass can break, so carry it in a protective pouch or case and keep it away from hard impacts.
Organza makes a lovely gift presentation. It offers little cushioning, so add protective wrapping or a padded pouch when carrying the glass vial in a bag.
There is no required schedule. You might mark a fresh start after a difficult day, before a new intention, or whenever you enjoy the ritual. A pause and a few personal words are enough; you do not need additional tools.
No. Write a word, a wish, or nothing at all. You can use the vial as a simple reminder to pause and notice the moment.
Welcome. Your intention can be entirely your own. Use the stone names on your card to find their meanings above, and keep whatever speaks to you.
The vial contains small stones and a removable cork. Keep it away from young children and pets, and do not swallow the stones or place them in drinking water.
