The most popular type of chakra bracelet is made up of seven stones that correspond with the seven main chakras in the human body. These stones help bring positive energy into your life by connecting with your own personal energy system.
The following is an overview of how to use a chakra bracelet and its benefits.

What is a Chakra?

The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit word cakra, meaning “wheel” or “disc,” and refers to the spinning vortexes of energy that reside along our spine. It is made up of many smaller energy centers called nadis, also known as meridians, which attract and absorb universal energy. There are seven major chakras in the body, each corresponding to a different color on the spectrum, as well as having specific locations and functions.
